We are three girls 26-31, who work/PhD in 9-5ish, and are looking for a fourth housemate to join from mid July. We are all quite social and sporty, but also like a quiet night in.
The house is right by Victoria enbankment and is modern and very warm/ energy efficient, just built in 2023. You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other and we also have a small garden :)
Bills are variable but including council tax are £125/month maximum.
The landlord has requested no students, no smokers and no pets.
