This spacious bedroom is in a beautifully renovated Victorian home, located in a quiet conservation area.

Guests can park directly outside the property on our private driveway, offering convenient and secure off-street parking.

The location is ideal for theatre professionals and visitors, with Nottingham city centre just 5–10 minutes away by taxi or bus. You’ll have easy access to major theatres, performance venues, rehearsal spaces, and the city’s vibrant arts scene.

There are excellent transport links nearby, with regular buses within walking distance and quick connections to Nottingham Train Station (around 10–15 minutes). Taxis are readily available, making late returns after shows easy and convenient.

You’ll also find local shops, cafés, and takeaways close by for everyday needs, while the nearby universities and creative hubs add to the lively, artistic atmosphere of the area.

The Guest’s private space is the guest bedroom. The bedroom door is lockable from the inside only.

Guests will share the kitchen and downstairs bathroom with the family.

Excluded Facilities
The main family bathroom and family living rooms are not available for Guest use.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules during their stay. Please keep your room tidy, dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided, and recycle where possible.

Out of respect for the household and neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.

This household follows a strictly halal dietary lifestyle. As the kitchen is shared with the family, only halal food may be cooked or brought into the home. Pork and non-halal meat products are not permitted, including due to cooking smells and in respect of our religious guidelines. This is also an alcohol-free home, and alcohol is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask all guests to respect and adhere to these house rules during their stay.
