Tenancy Takeover at Deakins place Nottingham

YOU MUST BE A STUDENT AT UNIVERSITY OF NOTTINGHAM FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR

Im looking for a new tenant to replace me at my room for deakins place accomodation. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this accomodation for the academic year of 2026/27 but I still have the contract. If anyone is interested or know someone who is interested please message me ASAP.

It is a really nice, modern and social accomodation if you like things like that. There are lots of facilities available to you such as the gym, cinema room, social spaces and more. It is perfect for first years to make friends at the start of University. If you are also a parent who is looking for somewhere for your child to stay, I am happy for you to message me as well.

I am also going to pay the £50 takeover fee as well as offering an extra £50 to anyone to takes the room as this is urgent. I could negotiate i just need the room gone so I can book my one before my second year starts.
