I’ve got a mdouble room available in the lively area of Hockley in the city centre from mid February. The flat is surrounded by restaurants, opposite Broadway cinema, five minute walk to Motorpoint, roughly twelve minutes walk to train station, close to trams and bus stops, and is a two minute walk to Old Market Square. 

The flat has a shared kitchen / living room space and a shared bathroom with a washing machine. Rent is currently £455 including heating but not including other bills, and is Council Tax Band A. Street noise is occasionally loud as the bedrooms are facing the road, but I’ve lived here for over 6 months and haven’t had any major issues. Suitable for a young professional seeking a room.
