Room available/ House share for 2026/27 - August

Hi, I'm a final-year student returning from placement and have a spare room available in my apartment. It's a nice modern two-bedroom apartment, with the larger bedroom available. It's located in NG7, just past Sherwood Rise Medical Centre, around 10 minutes by car or bus from the Victoria Centre, or about a 20-minute walk into the city centre.

The apartment is furnished, although I'm happy to make adjustments depending on your requirements. There's also a large garden with some great seating areas to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

I can also speak highly of the landlord, having dealt with them a few times myself. Any issues that have come up have always been sorted quickly and without hassle.

The rent per month is £560 including bills, or £129 per week
