We currently have 3 rooms available in a shared 6 bed, 3 bathroom, student house in the popular Dunkirk Area. We are happy to only rent out 1 room, leaving ample space for the tenants to use the remaining rooms as offices or storage.
The house is close walking distance to Queens Medical Centre and the University Park campus, with easy transport connections to the City Centre and Nottingham Trent University too.
The advertised room is at the back of the house with a garden view and has a bed, desk, chair, and television.
The students arriving for the new academic year are Malaysian international students in their 2nd and 3rd years.
