Double room to rent close to city centre

Hey! I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in to live with me from mid september. The property is close to city centre (around 10 mins walking or 2 mins by the bus), close to shops such as aldi, lidl, tesco express. There is many of pubs, restaurants around, victoria centre, Nottingham Trent University and bus stops just outside the property, there is also various gyms close by. The apartment is spacious with a living room, large kitchen, bathroom with a shower and long corridor wich has a a lot of space for the clothes and a shoe rack. The room is double, cosy, tidy and quiet (comes as unfurnished). The rent is 500 pounds a month plus bills which comes around 160 pounds a month each plus would need a 500 pounds deposit for a room. There is a free personal parking space which is looked after by the security 24/7 so it is safe to park. A bit about me I am a full time working professional, doing monday to friday and working some of the sundays. I am very sociable, easy going, outgoing, tidy and friendly. I am into training such as gym and running but also up to have a glass of wine. Looking for a similar flatmate who would be clean, tidy and sociable.
