The total rent for the flat is £1,300 per month, with bills expected to be around £250 per month (depending on usage), which would be split equally.
A bit about me – I'm sociable, tidy, and easy to get along with. I enjoy going to the gym, playing and watching sports, listening to music, and generally keeping an active lifestyle. I'd love to live with someone who has a similar vibe, is respectful of shared spaces, and enjoys a relaxed, friendly home environment.
The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, public transport, and everything the city centre has to offer just a short walk away.
