A mature lady is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a little practical help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would enjoy the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home particularly in the evenings to share daily living, such as cooking/eating some meals, together, watching TV, having a chat.

The accommodation on offer is double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers, shared use of the shower room, kitchen, living space and garden. It is a neat and nicely-presented home.

The property is conveniently located in a lovely residential area close to Wollaton Park and the university.

The lady has several volunteer job roles. She enjoys watching TV (such as Countryfile, Gardener’s World, Dramas, Documentaries, Strictly), occasionally reads the Guardian or Daily Mirror, listens to music, goes to church and sometimes language conversation groups. She has a supportive family.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time (up to 15 hours per week in a mix of practical help plus a little company) to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a quiet, friendly, kind, and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the interests. She loves cats, although she doesn’t have any pets of her own.
