1 double room in city center

Hi all, my flatmate is moving out to stay with her partner and I’m looking for someone to fill the 2nd furnished bedroom. There is lots of sunlight throughout the house with large ceiling windows, there is one shared bathroom and large common areas. The apartment is in the heart of hockley city center so super close to everything.
I am a working professional and work some days from home some in office. I’m very friendly and laid back, and would prefer someone likeminded. Open to being friends if they would like. Looking for someone who’d be committed to keeping the common areas clean together
I do have one cat so has to be okay with pets! She’s very lovely and mostly hangs out with me. The bills come about about to £150 inc council tax, wifi, electric
