Three furnished rooms available in a clean, quiet house in NG7 4AT, offered specifically for people who need accommodation in Nottingham Monday to Friday but return home at weekends.

Just a 7-minute walk from The High School tram stop, giving you an easy commute into Nottingham city centre, NTU and QMC.

Ideal for professionals, contractors, NHS and healthcare staff, lecturers, university staff, mature students and people on temporary work placements.

THE ROOMS

Single room - £125 per week

Double room - £145 per week

Large double room - £155 per week

All rooms are offered for single occupancy only.

There are only three bedrooms in the house, so you'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with a maximum of two other weekday guests.

The house is conveniently located in NG7 4AT, with The High School tram stop around a 7-minute walk away.

From there, it's an easy journey to:

Nottingham city centre
Nottingham Trent University (NTU)
Queen's Medical Centre (QMC)
Nottingham's main shopping, business and leisure areas

NTU and the city centre are also within walking distance if you prefer to walk.

MONDAY–FRIDAY ACCOMMODATION

This is specifically a weekday let, perfect if your main home is elsewhere and you only need somewhere to stay while working or studying in Nottingham.

Arrive: Monday afternoon
Leave: Friday morning

That's 4 nights each week, with no need to pay for weekend accommodation you don't use.

The house is intended to provide a quiet, clean and respectful environment – more of a home from home than a busy student HMO.

Regular, longer-term Monday–Friday arrangements are very welcome, so you can have the convenience of returning to the same room each week rather than continually booking hotels or short stays.
