’m looking for someone to take over my room in a fantastic 3-bedroom apartment in a prime city-centre location. I’m only moving because I’ve accepted a new job opportunity elsewhere, so this is a genuine replacement.

The apartment is spacious, modern and very well located — ideal for someone who wants the convenience of being right in the city centre while also having great facilities on-site.

The bedroom is spacious and comes with a private bathroom directly next to the room. Although it isn’t technically an en-suite, the bathroom is literally right beside the bedroom and is shared with only one other person, so it feels very much like having your own private bathroom.
