This house is a 10 minute walk to Colwick park and a waterside walkway for residents around the corner

Very quiet and safe neighbourhood.

5 minutes Uber to West Bridgford & City Centre so perfect for getting to local nightlife. Bus stop at the end of the road if needed. Aldi at the top of the road.

Rent for the double bedroom £700 including all bills and utilities

Parking is available and there is a permit you can have at no extra cost.

Office space as pictured would also be for your own use as neither current housemates require this space. This could be used as an office if you work from home or even additional storage/drawer space.

The Housemates:

The current house mates are a 29 year old accountant who works hybrid between home and the office. The other is a 32 year old teacher who works out of the house Monday-Friday. Very clean and friendly, respects others privacy and great to live with!
