Double Room in Friendly, Clean Flat

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful student to share my 2-bedroom flat with. The spare room is a furnished double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table, so it’s ready to move into.

The flat has a shared living room and kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washer-dryer and a dishwasher. It’s on the 3rd floor with lift access and is in a really convenient location, just off a road with lots of shops nearby. It’s around a 12-minute walk into the city centre, only a 10-minute walk from Nottingham Trent University (City Campus), and about a 15-minute bus journey to the University of Nottingham campuses.

A little about me: I’m currently in my second year studying Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. I’m clean and like keeping the flat nice and tidy, but I’m also pretty easy-going. I enjoy going to the gym, trying out new recipes, getting stuck into DIY projects, listening to music and going out now and then. I also like having chilled evenings at home, so there’s a nice balance between doing your own thing and having a chat or watching something together.

I’d love to find someone who is friendly, considerate and clean, and who wants a comfortable and relaxed place to call home. You’ll have your own space and privacy, but I’m also happy to socialise and get to know each other. If you’re looking for a friendly, comfortable place to live while studying, you’d be very welcome!
