I am looking for a flatmate to share my apartment with me, located in a secure complex, close to Nottingham City Centre. I have been here for over 3 years now, and it is a lovely, quiet apartment, just a ten minute walk from the Victoria Centre. Availability is flexible for the right person, so please get in touch even if your dates are slightly different!

The room available is a double bedroom, with plenty of storage space with a large, modern wardrobe. It comes fully furnished, and the mattress was new 6 months ago so is very cosy. The flat has a large communal living area, with a good size kitchen/diner and large lounge, with a balcony and bright windows looking across Nottingham.

I'm Tom, 27 years old and a working professional in Nottingham. I am very chill and easy going as a flatmate, and like to keep the place clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, hiking, and running, amoungst other things, and am sociable but also very respectful of personal space at home.
