This is a tenancy takeover of a private studio at Provident Works, a student building managed by The Student Lodge. The studio is available to move into straight away. Whoever takes it over will be responsible for the rent for the next two terms, until the end of the 2026/27 tenancy.

The accommodation: this is a fully self-contained studio on the third floor, with its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom, so you won't share facilities with anyone. It comes furnished with a bed, desk and storage. The room is quiet, which makes it a good place to study and rest. The building has a laundry room. It's a 10-minute walk from both NTU City Campus and Nottingham city centre. The rent is £154 per week with all bills included.
