I am looking for someone to take over my student accommodation tenancy at Crown Place, Nottingham, from January 2027 until September 2027.

The room is fully furnished and located in Crown Place, with excellent facilities including a gym, study spaces, cinema room, games room and communal areas. The accommodation is also conveniently located for Nottingham Trent University and the city centre.

The rent is £209 per week, with bills included. This is an official tenancy takeover through Crown Place, so the new tenant will need to complete the booking process with Crown Place before the tenancy can be transferred.
