Double room in a house share close to City Centre

Hiya,

I’m Jess, I live in a newly renovated house close to the city centre. The double room I have for rent is unfurnished and I haven’t newly decorate it so whoever moved in can have it to their taste - but I’m happy to paint it beforehand. (I’m renting a room out didn’t living alone after a separation).

I’m friendly and sociable but I also love my own company. I do most of my socialising outside of the house but I’m happy for people to have guests round.

I love to bake, try out new coffee spots, go on hikes, go out dancing and travel. It would be nice to have a housemate that would like to be friendly and come along for some of these things. I also do pole as you can legally see from the kitchen photos but I’m happy for this space to be changed to a dining/working area.

I work Monday to Friday in sexual health and harm reduction, I facilitate a social support group for young trans people one wvebeubv a week and I recently joined the board of trustees for a charity that supports sex workers. I’m passionate about all my work and love what I do.

I have a ten month old Italian Greyhound so you must be dog-friendly. He is perhaps the cutest dog to exist but he’s also well trained and sleeps in his crate downstairs all night.

I’m looking for somebody friendly, considerate and clean to share my home with.

*Rent comes with a permit you can use to park in Town.
