About the flat/ location:
-The area is nice, the flat has it’s own balcony and private garden (seen in the photos). Tesco express 2 min walk away.
-All bills are included.
-I have all of the necessary kitchen appliances and pots pans etc so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything :)
-Bathroom is shared with me
-I can provide storage boxes or a tv for your room if you’d like
-I can provide a parking space at a small extra cost if you’d like to discuss that
