Located 5 minute walk from NTU City campus NG1 4BR.
This is a great flat for students who want peace and quiet and also very cheap only two payments will be required £1778 on the 1st Feb 2027 and £1702 on the first of May.
The tenancy ends on the 13th June.
This flat has a small double bed, large desk area, en-suite, all bills included, high speed wifi.

There are 4 other flatmates excluding myself who are all nice people :)
