I'm moving out of my wonderful city loft flat, and looking for a replacement housemate. My flatmate Charlie is very sociable and clean, works full time in the city centre.
The flat has incredibly high ceilings, big windows and cosy feeling. All the finishing are super modern and warm. The room itself is a huge double en suite, with a bathroom finished to a really high spec.
Moving date could be negotiated to be earlier if this suited the new tenant - I'm looking for someone that'll be a great fit!
