House is on Noel Street (where tram goes), which is a popular student area and approx. 10 mins walk to City, so ideal for NTU or UON students.
Room is a very large double which in addition to having its own bathroom, is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, bedside cabinet, swivel chair, shelving, mirror. Modern kitchen with washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave. Spacious lounge/diner with TV.
This house has 3 bathrooms including the Ensuite. Enclosed rear garden.
