The rent is 450 pounds per month including of all bills (wireless broadband, heating, electricity, council tax, water, TV license etc). 5min from the house is Victoria Shopping Centre.
As landlords we make sure that we provide the same conditions to tenants as the one we wish to live in. Therefore the house is ALWAYS warm, clean, quite and a wonderful place to live.
We pay for a cleaner to come once every week and clean all shared areas such as bathroom &toilets, kitchen and dinning area, corridors, windows etc.
We also buy toilet paper, washing up liquids, soaps, bin bags (all shared stuff) and there are included in your rent.
References and proof of enrolment at uni is required.
