PERFECT LOCATION!! The house is within walking distance to Nottingham City Centre. Within a 5 min walk you will be inside Victoria Centre!
This is a GREAT property for commuting to work in the City.
Plus, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby and AMAZING transport links.

The House and Room:
The House has a communal kitchen and dining area with flatscreen TV, and contains all mod cons including 3 fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a small garden perfect to chill out in the summer months. Also provided is super fast Virgin Wifi.

The rooms are all doubles and come FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, set of drawers and a free-view tv point. We also include soft furnishings which includes... a bedside lamp, curtains & mirror.

The property also benefits from 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, both with toilets.

Rate:
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a cleaner that will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks!!

Deposit options:
You can either pay a deposit (one month's rent) which is returned to you when you leave or you can use a guarantor instead and pay no deposit to keep costs low.

Please note we do charge a £40 holding fee alongside any application - this fee reserves the room whilst the necessary background checks are undertaken and references are obtained. This fee is refundable (either deducted from first months rent or fully refunded) except in some circumstances (ie. the tenant withdraws or false information is provided within the application).
