En-Suit Double Room to Rent in Cotton Mills

Hi there!
So this is a double en-suit room in Cotton Mills Student Accommodation which is at walking distance to the UoN Jubilee Campus. You can also cycle to the UoN main campus or to the city center (both takes around 15 mins) or there are many bus stops around. There are lots of shopping markets around (aldi, home-store and poundland are just accross the road-2mins!).

You will share your flat with 4 other people. As you can see from the photos, you have your own bathroom so only the kitchen is shared with 4 other people. And the kitchen is cleaned once per week by the staff. All the bills are inclusive (electricity, water, broadband internet, heating etc.) The room is so spacious and you have a nice view from the window. There is a gym saloon for everyone which is also included in the rent! So you just go downstairs for the gym. Here you will have your own privacy but whenever you need you will find some friends. Current flatmates are lovely. If you are a party animal, this is not a good property for you. Noone makes party at the residence but you can go out with your flatmates to have a drink at weekends. There are CCTV cameras all around the hall and a security guy 24 hours. So it is so secured. The staff are probably the best in the UK. You will understand me when you meet them. They are really polite and helpfull.

I have been living here for almost 1.5 years. Last year I stayed there (but in another room) during my masters. And now I am a PhD student. This is a good place for students who sometimes need to study at home. It is quite but not boring. You will always find someone in the garden for a chat. The reason why I am leaving there is that I am accepted to a resident tutor job at my uni. So I will move to the campus on 11th September. My contract here ends on 1st January 2018. So you can stay here with my contract to test it. Then you can either extend the contract or just leave.
