Furnished Double Room in Lovely Village Home – £625 pcm, Bills Included
I’m looking for a considerate housemate to join me in my home in Plungar, NG13, in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir.
A comfortable, fully furnished double room is available in a peaceful village home, with parking and a large garden to enjoy.
Plungar is a lovely village with a welcoming pub, ideal for someone who enjoys countryside living while still being within easy reach of nearby towns. A car is essential, as public transport is very limited.
The house is approximately 16 miles from Nottingham, 12 miles from Grantham, 11 miles from Melton Mowbray and 6 miles from Bingham.
Rent is £625 per month, including Council Tax, water, electricity, gas and internet. A deposit of £625 is required.
I’m looking for a conscientious, friendly and considerate person who would enjoy living in a clean, quiet and relaxed home. No smoking.
Please get in touch if you’d like further details or to arrange a viewing.
