I am looking for a professional, friendly non smoker, who is tidy & respectful ( as i am ) someone who is happy to chat over a cup of tea/ glass of wine, but also likes their own space.
I’m a live in landlord with a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite available on the second floor in a modern town house, the bedroom has an attractive outlook.
Fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and TV ariel point.
You will also have use of the lounge, kitchen and south facing garden.
Centrally located in a lovely village, walking distance from all amenities, 2 minutes from the bus stop, 20mins from Nottingham.
Private parking space and garage ( which can be used for storage )
I have had many lodgers over the years, I’m easy going and enjoy having people around ( my last lodger stayed over 3 years )
