Large Double Room in Spacious Quiet Friendly House

Large fully furnished double room available in a friendly spacious house in the village of Radcliffe-on-Trent.

The room is located on the first floor next to the large bathroom. It is fully furnished and includes a superking-size bed, bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe (triple available) and a chest of drawers. All furniture is optional and can be moved to suit. There is also a desk and tv available if needed.

The large bathroom (see photo) is also located on the first floor and is shared with one other lodger (not the live in landlady). It has a large round bath and a separate glass cubicle power shower. There is also a downstairs toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully fitted and generously equipped. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, food storage, a large fridge and separate freezer for the use of lodgers.

There is a shared living room with a large flat screen TV.

The house has an excellent broadband connection and plenty of power sockets. There is some off street parking but plenty of on street parking on quiet roads. The house has a decked patio and a lawn.

Radcliffe-on-Trent is a highly regarded village south of the River Trent and 5 miles east of West Bridgford and 7 miles from the centre of Nottingham. It is handily placed for Holme Pierrepont which can be accessed via the back village lanes. Radcliffe has several pubs, cafes, takeaways and various other village centre shops with plenty of parking.

Buses run from Radcliffe-on-Trent Nottingham via West Bridgford every 15 minutes. The bus stop is approximately a 3 minute walk from the house. There is a train station which is an 8 minute walk away which gets you into Nottingham in 10 minutes. The house is handily placed close to the A52 which takes you east to Bingham/Grantham and west to Nottingham. The A46 is also a couple of minutes drive which gives great access to Leicester or the M1 Southbound or Newark/Lincoln Northbound.

The room is available 7 days a week but if fewer days are required the rent could be adjusted accordingly. The rent includes all bills.
