Double room in professional house

I’m looking for a housemate to rent the double room in my house. The house is a 3-story town house, with one bedroom on the ground floor (currently my work from home office), the kitchen living dining space all open plan on the middle floor and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor.

The house is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood called Ruddington with easy access to Nottingham, and the surrounding shops. It’s also within walking distance to Rushcliffe county park.

The room will come inclusive of bills (electric, gas, water, broadband, Netflix). The house also comes with a gas hob, fridge, all utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc).

So a little bit about me… I’ve lived in Nottingham for 13 years now, moved here for university and never left. I moved to Ruddington in 2019. I work in Beeston, in the office 4 days a week and work from home Fridays.

I’m pretty social and enjoy at least a weekly trip to the pub and eating out. I love to do hot yoga, running and swimming.
