Hi! I’m looking for a considerate lodger to share my home with just me (live-in landlord) and my small, friendly dog. I'm generally quite quiet and tend to do my own thing around the house, though I always enjoy a friendly catch-up in the kitchen now and then. It would suit someone who is independent and values their own space, but is still happy to share a chat in passing! Would best suit someone who works away from the house. All bills, council tax (band B), and a fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces are included.

Additional built-in wardrobe, space for storage boxes and hangers (not pictured).

THE HOUSE & COMMUNAL SPACES

The house is modern, two bedrooms, cosy. Nice light! On a side street, friendly neighbours. It will just be me, yourself and my dog living here. You are welcome to use the communal spaces yourself, but not to entertain visitors. Visitors staying over in your room is limited to 2 nights per week.

Shared Living room with TV. I have a desk in the corner that I work from.

Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
Washing machine.
The main bathroom is shared.
Additional downstairs toilet, shared.
Private garden to the back of the house with patio, seating and washing line for you to use.

Cleaning: a cleaner comes fortnightly to clean communal areas, we just share the maintenance in-between.

5 minute walk to the bus stop on Mansfield Rd, buses run frequently to the city centre.
On-street free parking is right outside the house or surrounding street. I normally park on the driveway but we can swap around when needed.

ABOUT YOU

You’re tidy, respectful of keeping noise to a minimum.
You want your home space to be a place to be quiet & restful.
Would suit someone who works away from the house best.

I work in the creative/events industry & work from home regularly.
My partner stays over 1-2 nights a week.
I'm a pescatarian.
I'm into art, photography, music, hiking... Pretty chilled and respectful of space!
