The house is in a lovely street in a great neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of Sherwood shops, a few minutes walk from Tesco Express, Lidl and regular buses to city centre. On street parking is available.

Room is furnished with double bed (with underbed storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa, shelves, desk and chair.

Occupant will need to be a non-smoker; house is shared with one other occupant on the ground floor, plus the landlord on the two floors above. The landlord’s 18-year-old son also stays over a few nights a week. The landlord is vegan, but there is no expectation that other occupants should be.

Shared spaces include:
Kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, breakfast bar and stools.
(Fridge-freezer is shared between only the two ground floor occupants).
Bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and separate shower unit.
Second WC on ground floor.
Garden with table and chairs.
