Double room available in a spacious 4-bedroom house – bills included (subject to reasonable usage). Deposit is one month’s rent but can be negotiated.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and you’re welcome to reorganise or add your own furniture to make the space your own. The bedroom door also has a lock for added privacy.

The house includes:

Spacious living room

Large garden

Shared bathroom with both a shower and bathtub

The property is in a great location opposite a park, so there’s plenty of greenery nearby. It’s also just a short walk to Shirebrook town centre (around 7 minutes) and approximately 20 minutes to the train station.

Local amenities include Aldi, Lidl, Co-op, Everlast Gym, and Sports Direct, making it especially convenient for anyone working nearby.

Looking for a tidy and respectful professional who can pay rent/bills on time. Other than that, I’m fairly easy-going.

WiFi is not currently installed as I’ve only recently moved in, but this can easily be arranged if wanted.
