House of 3 with 1 spare room in Sneinton!

About The Room:

The property is a lovely 4 bed terraced house bills included (except Wi-Fi) off Sneinton Dale (which has a Co-op, numerous places to eat out, a couple of grocery stores, and loads of smaller shops), a 15 min walk to Sneinton Market, and public transport into town. I have a 55 inch 4K OLED TV with a soundbar and a large bluray collection as well as a record player and Hi-Fi system for communal use. The property has a small concrete garden area at the back, a kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and a 2 bathrooms both with showers.

About Us:

The house currently consists of myself (Willow) and my partner (Cody) and our friend Zach.

We are fairly quiet and clean and are communicative and respectful but are also reasonable and forgiving will not hold dishes being sometimes left for a night or 2 or a little bit of mess against anyone. I struggle with executive dysfunction so can struggle with cleaning myself so I understand but again, we always try to be respectful and keep the communal areas in good knick.

We enjoy socializing, going out for a drink and having a laugh. Myself and Zach are local musicians and as such enjoy everything music related (jamming, going to gigs, listening to albums). I also enjoy pub trips (The King Billy in Sneinton is a personal favorite), films, video games and food. Cody works at a board game cafe and enjoys walks, video games, board games, philosophy, drag, films and reading.
