Stunning double room in quiet street close to town

Hi!

My current housemate is moving out of our shared terrace in either Oct/Nov

We live on a quiet street in Sneinton. The shared areas are very spacious and the downstairs is open plan - you get loads of natural light through the windows, especially in summer :) we also have a small garden out back.

The room comes unfurnished but can easily fit a double bed. The rest of the house technically also comes unfurnished but I already have a lot of my furniture eg table/chairs/sofa in situ. The bedroom pic is mine - I will upload a pic of the available room as soon as I get one.

I am a professional in the public sector and work some days in office, some days WFH. Outside of work I am a keen musician - some of my music stuff is in shared spaces but I always practice with headphones/am considerate re: noise. I am also very sociable and will usually be out the house a few evenings a week.

The house is in such an amazing location - I tend to walk everywhere (town is 10/15 minutes away) but the bus stop is pretty much on our doorstep, and you can get a parking permit through the council if you drive.

I like to keep things neat and tidy, and would hope that any potential housemate is the same and is willing to split chores between us.

Bills are split equally and everything usually comes to roughly £625 per head per month including council tax/broadband/heating/electric etc.
