I am an artist and work at the University. I am easy going, like to have a chat but also need my own space. I will be away for three months from mid May until the end of August, so looking for somebody responsible whom I can trust.

There is a washing machine in the property.
The property has smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher,
The house is located in a quiet area with friendly neighbours and is close to shops and bus services.
