Double Room to Rent in Cottage, central Southwell

Hey :) So I long term rent this house from a relative, there are 3 bedrooms and with the landlords agreement I am looking for a flat mate, so there will only be two of us sharing.

The house is on one of the main streets in Southwell towards the Burgage and is a refurbed cottage with a newer extension on the back.

The room for rent has just been refurbished (re-plastered and painted and a new velux window fitted) It is the attic room. Its a double room fitted out with with a new chest of draws, new double bed with roll out storage underneath and there is also room for a desk and large clothes rail for hanging clothes

There's a small kitchen, a snug area, a high bar table to eat at and a living room with a log burner. There's also a nice outside yard area to use in Summer

I live here with my two small dogs - a Jack Russell and Chuihuahua so you need to like dogs! :) They can be annoying but once they get used to you they will stop barking and snuggle with you if you want to!

I work as a Postie so am out at work most days, with a day in the week off plus every Sunday off.

All bills included (incl wifi) There is also free parking on streets close by or you can buy a permit for £80 a year and park in the car park behind the house. (There may be a wait time for this)

I'm pretty flexible who I live with but I am pretty clean and tidy so am keen for someone similar -of course keep your room as you please but I'm not into stuff lying around communal areas of the house and like a clean and tidy place! :) :)

A cleaner one a month for communal areas is also included.
