There are 3 large local shops / off licences within a couple of hundred yards and is 10 minutes walk from the railway station / city centre.

There is a shared bathroom / shower with basin and toilet and a separate toilet too.

Communal dining area and kitchen.

Enclosed secure rear yard.

Gas, electric, water, council tax and wifi /broadband all included in the rent

No admin fees to pay and deposit of £500 payable on entering into the tenancy.

Close to Trent Bridge and good transport links via tram or bus to Clifton and city centre campuses .
