Looking for a housemate!

Hey! I’m Nancy. I own a lovely 3 bedroom house in the meadows and I’m looking to rent a large double (and furnished room)
I have been a lil reluctant to rent out the room as I am very house proud and a tidy gal and I would need someone to be more of a friend than a lodger! I am an extrovert but love my alone and quiet time and my evenings are usually spent infront of the telly with my cats. The selected person would need to love cats as much as me as I have 2 (they are affectionate babies don’t worry)
The only slight issue I face with trying to find a house mate is that I am coeliac and I have a gluten free diet. My house is the only place I can eat safely as I don’t let anything outside my diet restrictions in the house so preferably I would have another gluten free gal in the house!! Or someone that is willing to abide by this. I know this is a big ask however im hoping for the best!!!

I am a personal assistant / carer and I would prefer another professional OR mature student. The ideal person would be a gluten free, cat loving, tidy and respectful cool girlie. Xoxo

Room would be £500 with bills included (internet, water, electric and gas and council tax)
Shared bathroom (with a shower & bath!!)
Council tax is band A
The room I am renting out I have included in the photos but I have another double room for slightly cheaper (£450)
