Friendly House Share – Bright, Modern 3-Bed House by the River 🌿

Hi, I’m Beth! I’m 31, work away quite a bit, and am looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my home with.

You’d be sharing with Will, also 31, who’s a doctor and is lovely, super friendly and very easy to live with. He enjoys keeping busy in the evenings with his hobbies and seeing friends, so it’s a relaxed home where you can enjoy your own space but also have a chat and a catch-up.

I’m looking for someone who’ll feel at home here and make the most of the space, while taking pride in looking after it. We’re both pretty easy-going and like to keep the house clean, tidy and welcoming. As I’m away for work a lot, it’s important to find someone trustworthy and considerate who’ll help keep the house feeling like a home.

**A little about me:**
I love spending time with friends, getting outdoors, cycling (especially if there’s a café stop involved!), cooking and baking, yoga and salsa dancing. I’m usually out during the day and keep busy with hobbies in the evenings, so I’m looking for someone who’s independent but also enjoys a friendly, relaxed home environment.

The house is a bright, modern, three-bedroom eco-home, around four years old, with a lovely open-plan living space and integrated appliances. It’s triple-glazed throughout, so it’s nice and warm in winter!

- Fully furnished
- All bills included, including council tax, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi
- Parking available on the drive
- Garden and small shed for extra storage
- Modern kitchen with integrated appliances
- Convenient location, close to the city centre and right next to the river
- No TV currently, so a TV licence isn’t included, but you’re welcome to arrange one if you’d like

As I’m away for work most of the time, you and Will would each have your own double bedroom in this three-bedroom house, with the shared living spaces to enjoy.

I’d love to find someone who’ll feel comfortable here, look after the house as if it were their own, and help make it a lovely place to come home to.
