Two homely double rooms in quiet, sought after village, close to amenities. There is public transport nearby but would better suit car owners. This is because the bus stop into the city and the local shops (post office with banking facility, convenience store, Co-Op supermarket, pubs) are about a 20 minute walk away. In rush hour it takes about an hour to get into the city, as I am located 8 miles away. There is a bus stop about 10 minutes walk away that does go to other destinations such as Long Eaton, East Midlands Airport, Ilkeston to name a few. You can also reach Stapleford and connect to the bus route into the city. Excellent location for access to QMC, Nottingham University, Central College in Beeston, Toton Tram Stop, Nottingham and Derby City. Also conveniently located for East Midlands Gateway, East Midlands Airport and M1 motorway.

Also great semi rural location. offering connectivity to all nearby amenities but with open recreational spaces to enjoy nearby

Rooms available immediately and come with fan for the hotter weather, small plug in heater to boost temperature in the colder months.

Sharing home with easy going landlady and her two small dogs. Also two family dogs visit regularly for the day, so must be comfortable around dogs. Dogs will not go into your own private areas.
