I'm looking for a professional, ideally aged 25+, to rent a furnished double room in my home.
I'm looking for someone mature, clean, considerate and respectful who is ideally looking for a longer-term home rather than a typical busy house-share.
The house has a shared upstairs bathroom and a separate downstairs WC. You'll also be sharing the house with my very friendly Labrador, so being comfortable around dogs is essential! (She is not allowed upstairs so would never be in your bedroom.)
The house has a shared living/dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher, a conservatory and a utility room with washing machine. There is a driveway with space for 2 cars and a garden at the back.
