Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Sitting room with tv. Broadband.
Garden, large terrace with outside furniture. Bike shed.

This share would suit somebody employed or training who goes out to work and sleeps at night ;-) Someone who enjoys living in a pleasant home and will clean and tidy up after themselves.

**NB. Not suitable for working from home or permanent night shift workers**

Cat in residence- there is no cat litter tray in house
