I’m looking for an individual/couple to welcome into my home. It’s a 3 bed terrace (3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 study, 2 bathrooms (one family bathroom and one ensuite), open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen and a sunny south facing garden! I won’t be renting out any of the other bedrooms.
It’s perfect for a couple/individual who want a bit more space to themselves as I’m not really around. It would suit someone happy being alone.
I’d love to welcome someone in who respects my home and is easy to get on with ☺️ I work as a junior doctor so another young professional would be great.
Your room is a double room with an ensuite.
It’s located near melton road shops and 10 minute walk from the high street. Number 10 bus stops at the end of the road to go into town. It’s very close to the embankment so perfect for river walks/runs.
It’s council tax b. Bills not included, if you are a couple we can discuss prices.
