I'm leaving in June and looking for a friendly student who likes living in a sociable house to take my place in the tenancy starting June 24th 2026-June 24th 2027. Includes a £150 reposit option instead of a deposit (£450). Tax band C as far as I know, but students are exempt.

Available from June 24th, but can move in anywhere up until August 24th.
