Looking for a girlie to move in with me in Sept!

I have been renting this flat since finishing university and starting my first job in the city and I have been loving it! However my flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend from September so I am looking for someone to replace her.

The flat is a two (double) bed meaning you’d be moving in with just me. And though it is unfurnished I have furnished the rest of the flat so it wouldn’t need too much to furnish the room. There’s plenty of space for a double bed, drawers, desk. clothes rail.

The flat costs around £600-650 a month each including bills which is really good for the area. There is also free on street parking which is never a struggle to find a space.

I am a very clean and tidy person. I work from home most days so usually try to get out on an evening whether that’s meetings friends for a coffee or going to a run club - I have a social media page to see what I get up to (search Friday date night Nottingham😂). I’m not a big night out girl, much prefer chilled drinks or a cosy night in!

I love living in West Bridgford, it’s full of other young professionals in their 20s including the neighbours who I often go to the pub or have BBQs with! So I would love to stay here and find another young professional girl to explore the city with xx
