Hi! 😄 I'm looking for a female to join my tenancy for a two-bedroom flat in West Bridgford.

I hope to find someone that could become a good friend so that we can enjoy spending time together and sharing the flat, whilst respecting each others need for personal space.

I see my home as a peaceful sanctuary and I want you to feel the same way. I have lovingly created a space that I enjoy being in, having furnished the main living spaces with all of the necessities needed to live comfortably. The only room unfurnished is the spare bedroom so ideally you would bring your own bedroom furniture and put your own stamp on the room.

- If you're unfamiliar, this is a really beautiful area of Nottingham to live in full of cafes, restaurants, shops, and nature trails right on your doorstep.
- 5 minute walk to West Bridgford Park and the centre of West Bridgford.
- 5 minute walk to Lady Bay and The Hook nature reserve, offering gorgeous walking/cycling/running routes through Holme Pierrepont and Colwick Park via the newly opened Waterside Bridge.
- 10 minute bus journey to the City Centre or Train Station with buses leaving every few minutes.
- Short commute to both hospitals and both universities.

📝 Tenancy
- You will be joining a shared 2 person tenancy with me as the other tenant, taking over from my current housemate who has lived here for three years.
- The property is managed by a friendly letting agent and proactive landlord.
- You will need to pass basic referencing with the letting agent.
- Your room is unfurnished because no furniture was provided by the landlord.
- The rest of the house has been furnished with my own furniture as you can see in some of the photos.
- White goods are provided and maintained by the landlord.
- Room available from October 5th.

- Rent is £512.50 per calendar month, paid directly to the letting agent.
- Monthly estimate for bills:
