Room available in a lovely 3-bed flat with early-20s working girls. The flat is spacious, clean and homely, with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The flat is ideally located on the edge of West Bridgford, around a 20-minute walk from Nottingham city centre and just 10 minutes from West Bridgford town centre. There are also plenty of bus routes right outside the building, making it easy to get around.

I’m moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join my lovely flatmates, Katie and Jess! They’re working as architectural assistants in the city alongside their master’s courses. They’re clean, considerate and sociable, and the flat has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Most evenings are spent chilling out and watching TV, although they also enjoy a pub trip and the occasional night out. We’d love to find someone of a similar age who would fit in well.

The apartment is extremely spacious, well-maintained and nicely decorated. It has a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens onto a terrace overlooking the river.

The available bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The bathroom is shared with just one other person, as the third bedroom has its own en-suite.

The building is very well maintained and benefits from a concierge who accepts parcel deliveries. There is also a dedicated parking space (currently unused), additional visitor parking and secure cycle storage.

Both flatmates are registered on master’s courses and are therefore treated as students for council tax purposes. As a result, a student tenant would be preferred. If you’re not a student, you will be responsible for the majority of the council tax, although you can apply for the single-person discount if eligible.

The property is in council tax band F.
