Room in professional girls house 🏡💗

Looking for a new housemate to join our lovely girls house in West Bridgford! 🌼

As sad as I am to leave these girls 🥲 im looking for someone to take over my room from January 2027 as I’m going travelling! 🎒🌴🗺️

This house is ideal for someone who enjoys a friendly household, with a perfect mix of social and chill time ☕️🌸🥂

The room itself 🛌 :

• furnished double bedroom (includes bed and mattress, bedside table, 3 door wardrobe)
• available from 1st January 2027
• rent is £395, bills paid separately
• bills come to roughly £115 each

The house itself 🏡 :

• 4 bedroom, professional share
• 1 communal bathroom
• open plan kitchen
• courtyard style garden
• off street parking
• non-permitted on street parking

Approximately 5 minute walk from west bridgford cafes and shops and close links to public transport options so more than ideal location in WB!!

A little about you 💌

We’re ideally looking for someone who’s tidy in shared spaces, easygoing and looking for a comfortable place to call home.

(WFH/Hybrid/Shift worker friendly 😇)

If you’re interested, drop me a message telling us a little about yourself, and we can arrange a viewing! 💗
