Amazing shared house in West Bridgford. We have a room becoming available in early April. It is warm & bright, neutrally decorated and fully furnished.

ALL bills are included. Rent is £695 pcm (there are no other reference or hidden contract fees). First round of viewings will be tomorrow, Friday 22nd.

This isn't your average house share, it is in a different league. A stunning, warm and friendly house with great housemates (All professionals).

We’re looking for professionals, who will fit in well with the current housemates. It is a nonsmoking, mixed houseshare.

The house is on a classic, tree-lined street in West Bridgford. It is a spacious Edwardian property with lots of character, North Rd is well situated, within easy walk o a as f the centre of West Bridgford, Asda, David Lloyd, & bus routes into the city centre. Parking is on road, no permits required. The road does fill up in the evenings, so you may not be parked directly outside the house, but you should never be more than a minutes walk away.

There is fully equipped dining kitchen, a lovely separate lounge, well maintained garden (bbq & several seating areas), shared bathroom, second shared shower room (third shower as master bedroom is also en-suite). It is kept toasty warm with double glazing throughout, instant hot water and gas central heating (included in rent). It is continually refurbished and well maintained and decorated throughout.

It is a really warm and homely houseshare, but is kept clean and tidy & would suit someone who is friendly and sociable, but who is also respectful of others. This is neither a student party style houseshare, nor a bedsit. Instead the other housemates are all professionals who enjoy socialising together, but are really considerate. Most tenants stay several years and even when they do move on remain good friends with the remainder of the housemates. Two of the bedrooms have their own seating areas, one has a balcony and one is also en-suite, so this, with the large kitchen-diner and separate lounge, means that the house comfortably accommodates 6 housemates.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills (gas, water, elec, council tax, landline, broadband, gardener). There are no contract hidden fees.

About me, I’m a live-out landlord. My husband and I have only 2 tenanted houses, both in West Bridgford, which we’ve had for 20+ years. We care passionately about the quality of accommodation we provide (both houses are redecorated and fixtures & fittings updated regularly), and we care about the happiness of all of the housemates. There are no hidden charges, rent is fully inclusive, from providing Christmas trees to changing light bulbs to maintaining the gardens. Also, all issues that arise (eg, a broken washing machine which was replaced within 24hrs) are dealt with quickly, as part of the service we provide, without the need to go through an agency.
