Double room in quiet house

I have a double room to rent in my very clean and quiet house.

The double room is a decent size and there is an extra storage space outside the room (airing cupboard) for you. There is space in the garage to keep a bicycle, if you have one, and a large private parking space for a car or van.

You will be living with one other very considerate lodger and me, the house owner.

We are looking for someone who would fit into our very respectful and quiet mode of living, so for instance, very occasional visits, house silent at night so we can sleep.

The rent includes all utility bills, internet and council tax.

There's some flexibility around the start date, but I would need to check a reference and Right to Rent checks first.
